[Boomerangs were used in Ethiopia and Egypt at a very early date also, confirming the link-DD]

1) The name Minoan is a convention used by Archaeologists and not the name anyone associated with Minoan culture would have used. The name Minoan actually refers to the last phase when the Mykenians had overrun Crete and were taking over the pre-existing older culture.
2) Jayasree leaves out the Tartessians of southern Spain who probably provided the vehicle of exchange between Southern India and Greece: the tholos tombs in Greece had older prototypes in Spain and the Tartessians seem to have been the ones to introduce Megalithic culture from Europe to India (By going around Africa, taking the long way!) The Tartessians were the ones that brought "Gold and Ivory, apes and peacocks" to the court of King Solomon: Peacocks are from India and the Barbary apes that still live in North Africa and on the Rock of Gibralter are related to the Rhesus monkeys Jayasree illustrated above. Tartessian graffiti is found written on rocks in Southern India including on the Megalith building stones.-DD]
