Bones of Our Atlantean Ancestors

Kakha Margiani continues by sending along this quite exellent additional information about the giant skeletons of the Caucasus. I found the connection to the R1A1 Y-DNA to be striking. At this juncture I should also point out (at the risk of repeating myself) that the lineage Q, related to R, is the one which makes up the bulk of the populations of the Americas, and that it was formulated in the Old World by 25000 BC but implanted into the New World by 18000 BC: the exact timeframe for the development of mtDNA lineages A and X and the supposed Solutrean crossing. Having these facts all coincide is indeed good confirmation of the general theory.

As an additional note, a current news item says that the New World was colonized by the descendants of six women who lived 20000 years ago-which presumes them all to have come over the Bering Land Bridge. If those six women are meant to include the mt DNA lineages A and X then the theory already has problems (Some of the other mtDNA lineages are not known to go back as far as 20000 years ago.) in this case it is well to note that the Q line represents one section of related males that intermarried with (here it says) six distinct and diverse female lineages to produce the Native Americans: the same thing is true of the Europeans (Probably to a lesser extent)

  1. Wow. Great information! There were lots of other discoveries of giant bones in the Caucasus mountains. Some reputedly up to 3.5 meters. Recent studies show that giantism can be genetic passed on for thousands of years. I think they have been assimilated into our populations. All the tallest giants are probably in the past, but the fact we have had 2.72 meter men in recent decades shows us the size potential of ancient giants. The oldest giants I think go back 200,000 to 1 million years, Meganthropus, Heidelbergensis, and other forms of giant erectus forms.

  2. I was studying the photo of the bones on the table. If the femur in the middle is from a common man of 175 cm, or 5 ft 9, then that would be a femur of some 18 to 19 inches. The big femur on the table is about 25% longer, and 35% thicker at the mid shaft. That is, a femur 23 inches long. The tibia on the table is about 20% longer than the average size femur, so that is 21.5 inches. If we add the tibia and femur of the giant together, we have an inseam of about 45 inches, not counting the heal bones. If his legs are roughly half his height, he is somewhere around 90 inches tall, plus or minus 2 to 4 inches. This is probably a man who stood about 7 ft 6 inches, 2.30 meters, if my estimates are anywhere close. That's pretty darn big, we haven't got anyone in the NBA right now who can match or exceed that and we have 320 million people in these United States. So there must have been giants all over those Caucasian mountains, if anthropologists can just dig in a few random graves and find seven to eight foot skeletons.
